Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Organizing Route wise Business Coverage.
∎ To achieve the Territory Target, Volume and Unit wise.
∎ Achieve short-term and long-term sales goal of the company.
∎ Ensure day to day troubleshooting of the market along with Sales Representatives.
∎ Maintain Relationships with clients/customers by providing Information support & guidance
∎ To monitor the activities of Sales Representative, Delivery Personnel and Customers.
∎ To monitor overall activities and day to day achievement of Sales Representative.
∎ To ensure maximum coverage route wise.
∎ To ensure the implementation of the company policy in the market place.
∎ To make communication upward (Management) and Downward (Supervisors/Sales Representatives).
∎ To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In depth Knowledge about Sales, Customer service, Outlet route & Territory.
∎ Having knowledge about RMG items is mandatory.
∎ Experience in Consumer Goods sales will get preference.
∎ Excellent Communication Skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure maintaining a highly positive attitude with minimum supervision.
∎ Possess Leadership Qualities, Team player, Result-oriented.
∎ Must be fluent in both Bangla and English.
∎ Must have good knowledge about MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Must be Technology driven have good knowledge about E-Commerce.
Salary: Negotiable
