Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve individual Sales, customer acquisition & retention target.
∎ Build sales pipeline for future growth; ensure sales forecasts are accurate and up to date.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Responsible for collection on time.
∎ Response customer call management.
∎ Leadership & Team management.
∎ Ensure healthy payment habits of Corporate Customers
∎ Fulfill all other duties as and when assigned by the management.
∎ Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Ensure high standard of customer service to all existing accounts and maintain a company set standard of Corporate Relationship Management (CRM) activities
∎ Collect accurate feedback on Client requirements and complaint.
∎ Subsequently develop and execute action plans to ensure client satisfaction and thus maximize revenue.

∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Winning attitude with proactive mindset.

∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Team player.
∎ Internal & External customers & stakeholder management.
∎ 3-5 years of proven track record in the following area(s) is a must: B2B sales
∎ Goal-oriented.
∎ Experience in building client relationships at Tender/RFQ management.
∎ Experience in business development and key accounts management
∎ Excellent sales skills and sales leadership capabilities; exceptionally strong negotiation and consultation skills.
∎ Basic computer skill (MS Word, MS Excel, PPT, Outlook.)
∎ Good role-based leadership and decision making are highly appreciated.
