Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the team to achieve Sales & Distribution targets.
∎ Train the team to meet performance expectations.
∎ Build strong relationships with the Distributor, Key Retailers, and cross-functional teams.
∎ Implement RTM guidelines (Retail Expansion, Productivity, Training, Record Management, Discipline).
∎ Execute National & Regional initiatives for growth and strategic goals.
∎ Track Distributor ROI.
∎ Ensure effective execution of merchandising through proper planning.
∎ Design and implement events and activations in the territory.
∎ Identify opportunities, monitor competitors, and share market insights with regional and central teams.
∎ Take proactive steps for sustainable growth and target achievement.
