Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively communicate sales schemes and promotions with the dealers;
∎ Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness;
∎ Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects;
∎ Collection of Credit from channel partners;
∎ Prepare territory-wise sales plan and propose relevant trade activities in line with the sales forecast;
∎ Visit all dealers & retailers’ regular basis to maintain close relationships;
∎ Maintain sales activity records & reports and send those to the head office;
∎ Preparing market report and suggesting an action plan based on competitors’ activity;
∎ Promoting company goodwill and business through appropriate marketing activities;
∎ Monitoring, supervising & training distributor's field forces sales force on a regular basis;
∎ Regular searching and developing new market etc.
