Job Context:
∎ We are seeking proactive and result-driven Territory Managers to join our team and take charge of driving sales and achieving KPI targets with the support of our distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing effective strategies to maximize sales performance and ensure the team`s success in meeting objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive and achieve sales and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets with the support of the distribution team. Implement strategies to maximize sales performance and ensure the team's success in meeting set objectives.
∎ Dedicate 90% of your work schedule to field visits to Distribution Points, ensuring close monitoring, and providing necessary guidance to optimize their performance. Allocate the remaining 10% for administrative tasks to maintain efficient operations.
∎ Ensure operational budgets are met and endeavor to keep costs below agreed norms without compromising on quality and performance.
∎ Monitor credit activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely collections by the team to maintain financial stability and minimize credit risks.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including anchors and customers. Ensure timely and proper claim settlements, effectively handling any retail disputes or due balances.
∎ Conduct coaching sessions and performance evaluations of the distribution team to enhance their skills and capabilities, fostering a high-performance culture.
∎ Provide guidance to Distribution Managers in resolving business-related issues, product deliveries, sales, and other challenges faced by the field force to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Identify potential issues related to field force activities and take proactive measures to facilitate effective and timely corrective actions.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Head Office team, keeping them informed about the performance and progress of the Distribution Points.
∎ Explore new acquisition opportunities within the specified geographic boundary to expand the business and enhance overall operations.
∎ Foster and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Undertake any other tasks assigned by the leadership team that aligns with business goals and objectives, contributing to the overall success of the territory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university, preferably in business.
∎ 2-4 years of hands-on experience in FMCG sales and distribution.
∎ Experience in the FMCG Industry is a must.
