∎ Business graduate preferably BBA (with Concentration in Marketing) from reputed business institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & develop territory business by delivering profitable sales growth as per plan and identifying business potential in the market
∎ Manage and develop the business relationships with all existing and potential customers
∎ Managing the Key accounts by coordinating with customer service, supply chain and manufacturing team to ensure utmost satisfaction of the customer and managing urgencies
∎ Monitor & follow-up customer service and commercial team for debtor management by account's outstanding reconciliation on a regular basis
∎ Gather market intelligence & analyze the report with the stakeholders for strategic planning
∎ Coordinate with the Global Sales team to develop & cultivate business relationship with local and international top Brands
∎ Arrange technical seminars, presentations & PES for valued customers to upgrade coats premium brands
∎ Develop and mentor the reporting team to fill up the succession plan and to deliver according to business target
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 years inline experience
∎ Strong background in account/sales management
∎ Track record of closing sales and delivering on profit commitments
∎ Ability to travel extensively
∎ Strong team player with a can do attitude
∎ Strong interpersonal/ communication skills
