Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & develop territory business by delivering profitable sales growth as per plan and identifying business potential in the market
∎ Manage and develop the business relationships with all existing and potential customers
∎ Managing the Key accounts by coordinating with customer service, supply chain and manufacturing team to ensure utmost satisfaction of the customer and managing urgencies
∎ Monitor & follow-up customer service and commercial team for debtor management by account's outstanding reconciliation on a regular basis
∎ Gather market intelligence & analyze the report with the stakeholders for strategic planning
∎ Coordinate with the Global Sales team to develop & cultivate business relationship with local and international top Brands
∎ Arrange technical seminars, presentations & PES for valued customers to upgrade coats premium brands
∎ Develop and mentor the reporting team to fill up the succession plan and to deliver according to business target

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to think strategically.
∎ Self-Management

∎ Conflict Management
∎ Good interpersonal skills
