Job Responsibilities:
∎ Onboarding of Local Millers / Manufacturers and Local Transport Agencies
∎ Assigned Zone wise Wholesale Customer Onboarding & Retention, and follow up on Fulfillment requirements
∎ Must work on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Bulk & Retail Sales target
∎ Look after Sales team Issues and Call to Action as well as keeping Communication with Internal Support Departments
∎ Explore for Zonal Opportunities and Field Visit
∎ As a "Territory Sales Manager" the candidate must have a willingness to post and travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Must have the sound knowledge and skills to handle distribution channels like wholesale market.
∎ Must have extensive knowledge about Sales-Related reporting
∎ Must be self-motivated and have to work under tremendous pressure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Top priority will be given to candidates with experience in Consumer Bulk Items
∎ Must have experience in any renowned FMCG company at least.
∎ Must be experienced to work in multiple Sales channel.
∎ Must know business reporting.
∎ Must know documentation.
∎ Well versed in Microsoft Excel.
∎ A problem solver.
∎ Must be able to handle a team of 30 people.
