Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize current processes.
∎ Monitor competitor activities and adjust plans accordingly.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners.
∎ Develop and manage the sales operations budget.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Evaluate customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.
∎ Develop detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
∎ Supervise sales operations staff and provide guidance and direction.
∎ Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics
∎ Assigned duties by the supervisor.
