∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing

∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Manage Territory to achieve Sales Targets as per annual sales plan.
∎ 2. Identify, understand and communicate customer, industry and end-user needs to the Organization.
∎ 3. Develop strong, effective multi-level customer and relationships.
∎ 4. Anticipate and deliver on customer needs, Self motivation and self management.
∎ 5. Develop prospective customers and sales leads and retain existing customer base.
∎ 6. Travel throughout assigned territory to call on current and prospective customers.
∎ 7. Search the dealer & assist management to source best dealer.
∎ 8. Monitoring on time payment by the dealers.
∎ 9. Observe the condition of farm.
∎ 10. Give technical direction if found any requirement.
∎ 11. Achieve Target and Market Expansion.
∎ 12. Follow-up daily sales and report to Head Office for present situation.
∎ 13. Frequent market survey and report to Head Office.
∎ 14. Any other tasks as assigned by management.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
