Ø Age at most 35 years
Ø Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in a cash-handling or customer service as HRC in Bank, NBFIs, & Collection Booths will be given preference.
Ø Working Experience of 1-3 years in cash in Bank, NBFIs, & Collection Booths will be an added advantage.
Ø Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
Ø High level of integrity and honesty.
Ø Good customer service skills.
Ø Ability to work under pressure in a team
Responsibilities & Context:
Ø Process routine customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheque encashment.
Ø Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily, ensuring that cash levels are within the assigned limit and that there are no discrepancies at the end of the day.
Ø Verify customer identification, signatures, and account details to prevent fraud and ensure transaction security.
Ø Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all customers, addressing their basic inquiries and guiding them to appropriate departments for complex needs.
Ø Issue various banking instruments, such as pay orders, demand drafts, etc as per customer requests.
Ø Handle and count currency, coin, and cheques quickly and accurately.
Ø Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Ø Maintain a neat and organized workstation
Ø CTR & STR preparation as per BFIU guidelines.
Ø Follow the guideline of internal control and compliance instruction issued by Bangladesh Bank & OBPLC CHQ and ensure daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly functional checklist.
Ø Achieve KPI targets like deposit, Accounts, Credit Cards, Loan and others.
Ø Promote and advise customers on Bank’s Product & Services.
