English Carnival (EC) is a youth-driven social enterprise focused on inclusive skill development across the nation. We aim to empower youth by providing affordable access to skill building programs, helping them improve employability and economic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers

·       Sell IELTS preparation courses and other skill development programs

·       Explain course features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers

·       Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns

·       Maintain customer records in CRM system

·       Achieve monthly sales targets

·       Handle customer objections and convert them into enrollments

·       Provide accurate information about course schedules, fees, and payment options

Qualifications:

Criteria             Requirement

Education        Minimum Graduation in any discipline

Experience      0-2 years (freshers with strong communication can apply)

Language        Fluent in Bengali and English (spoken)

Age                  22-30 years

Required Skills:

·       Strong verbal communication in Bengali and English

·       Basic computer literacy (MS Office, internet browsing)

·       Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

·       Customer service mindset
