Make outbound calls to potential students and clients to promote IELTS and other academic programs
Provide detailed course information and admission guidelines over the phone
Maintain follow-up communication with interested candidates
Record client information and update the database regularly
Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during client communication
Maintain google sheet
