∎ Conduct Tele Sales: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our courses and close sales.
∎ Handle Inquiries: Manage and respond to customer queries from different social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Drive Engagement: Build relationships with customers through personalized communication, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
∎ Social Media Support: Assist in managing customer interactions on social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
∎ Adapt to Startup Culture: Embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with working in an early-stage startup, with a focus on continuous learning and growth.
∎ Qualifications: Comfortable with Phone Communication: Must be at ease making and receiving sales calls.

∎ Experience in Tele Sales: Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
∎ Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
