• Strong understanding of Islamic teachings and Hajj/Umrah rituals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to speak clearly and confidently over the phone.

• Basic computer and internet proficiency.

• Customer-focused, honest, and responsible.

• Previous experience in telesales or customer service will be an added advantage.

• Contact prospective Hajj and Umrah pilgrims via telephone.

• Explain Hajj and Umrah packages, services, and procedures to clients.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into registrations.

• Answer customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Maintain customer records and update lead databases.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with the operations team regarding customer requirements.

• Achieve monthly sales and registration targets.
