Responsibilities & Context:
- Make 100 outbound calls daily to prospective students interested in studying abroad.
- Collect and organize necessary documents from students and share them with the Senior Counsellor for assessment.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and follow up as needed.
- Assist in student counseling and engagement as per management guidelines.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
