Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments, Sample

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independent technician, aligned with H&M routines & expectations & is grow up-to evaluate, approval/reject sample on H&M‘s behalf.
∎ Report directly to the Management of the factory.
∎ Secure the sampling process at all stage.
∎ Involves pro-actively from sample material / trims to secure quality of the final product.
∎ Product eliminates and product quality issue.
∎ Dummy fitting and measurement.
∎ Should have knowledge about sample (as buyer’s requirement) procedure.
∎ Should be able to ensures pattern.
∎ Communication with the buyers about any issues.
∎ Garments quality measurement and ensure technical issues.
∎ Conforming any mail on time.
∎ Cut down sample approval lead time.
∎ High trust level between H&M & the business partners.
∎ Risk assessment done at development stages.
∎ Find solutions that are production friendly and the same to be shared with H&M PO at the right time.
∎ Work closely with H&M & communicate frequently.
∎ Find production friendly solutions.
∎ Should be able to make sample reports.
∎ Should be able to meet all the requirements of sample.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Should have proper knowledge on measurement, sewing, patterns / grading and tech pack.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in C.A.D.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge garments quality system and sample comment.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ H&M Nominated Technician Certificate holder will get preference.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.

Salary: Negotiable
