Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independent technician, aligned with H&M routines & expectations & is grow up-to evaluate, approval/reject sample on H&M‘s behalf
∎ Report directly to the Management of the factory
∎ Secure the sampling process at all stage
∎ Involves pro-actively from sample material /trims to secure quality of the final product
∎ Product eliminates and product quality issue
∎ Dummy fitting and measurement
∎ Should have knowledge about sample (as buyers requirement) procedure
∎ Should be able to ensure pattern
∎ Communication with the buyers about any issue
∎ Garments quality measurement and ensure technical issues
∎ Conforming any mail on time
∎ Cut down sample approval lead time
∎ High trust level between H&M & the business partners
∎ Risk assessment done at development stages
∎ Find solutions that are production friendly and the same to be shared with H&M PO at the right time
∎ Work closely with H&M & communicate frequently
∎ Find production friendly solutions
∎ Should be able to make sample reports
∎ Should be able to meet all the requirements of sample
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Should have proper knowledge on measurement, sewing, patterns/grading and tech pack
∎ Strong technical knowledge in C.A.D.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Strong technical knowledge garments quality system and sample comment
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ H&M Nominated Technician Certificate holder will get preference
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
