Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for the greatest reader comprehension.
∎ Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions.
∎ Analyse information required for the development or update of policy, procedure and form documentation.
∎ Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
∎ Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
∎ Assist management in creating training materials on troubleshooting and usage.
∎ Help technical support engineers to provide accurate feedback to customers and prepare accurate reports promptly.
∎ Support to follow up with clients to make sure their workflows are functioning properly after troubleshooting.
∎ Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
∎ Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
∎ Help the Support team to resolve complex problems, interact with clients through video calls, phone, emails or chats and provide unambiguously written instructions and technical guidelines

Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 - 24000 (Monthly)
