• This position prefers a bachelor’s degree in any design related field or computer science related field. 

• The candidate must have at least 3  years of professional experience in UX/UI design roles.

• A strong portfolio that displays creativity.

• Well maintained Behance or Dribble account is a plus.

• Completed UX/UI design related courses from a well reputed platform is a plus.

(Includes but not limited to):

• Designing website and website templates.

• Understanding pre-existing design systems of existing products and creating uniquely designed pages based on them.

• Prototyping frames in Figma.

• Researching and understanding the user flows, layouts and contents from different categories of web apps, and applying the findings while designing similar ones.

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

• Brainstorm content ideas with the team and pursue good ideas based on data, strategy and best practices.

• Translating research findings into creative designs that are easy for multiple stakeholders/teams to understand.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience.

• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Strong understanding in design principles, color theories.

• Research oriented.

• Possess an expert understanding of typography, visual design, and web/mobile layout.

• Detail-oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with humbleness.

• Ability to manage constructive criticism.

• Proficient in reading and writing in English
