∎ Appointed to the position Technical Support Specialist/ IT Officer in a reputed courier company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Replace parts as required
∎ Repair and maintenance any devices like CPU, printer, scanner
∎ Test and evaluate new technology
∎ Ensure security of IT infrastructure & network
∎ Installing & Monitoring the CCTV, Access control device
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and network
∎ Ensure the Anti- Virus protection of every user
∎ Diagnosis any software problem of any branch and give them solution though phone

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
