Skills Required: 4G Technology,Artificial intelligence (AI),Bash,IoT device,IT Support,Linux,Python,Raspberry Pi

Additional Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written(All internal and external communications, meetings, emails and documentations are in English).

  • Experience with Linux based distros, Raspberry Pi or similar platforms, basic networking concepts.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.

  • Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills.

  • Understanding of IoT technologies and cellular networks such as LTE CAT 1, LTE CAT 4, LTE CAT M1, and 5G.

  • Need to have good internet connectivity.

Nice to have:  

  • Minimum of a year of experience in technical support, preferably within IoT sector, edge computing and AI.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Proficiency in Python, and bash scripting.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer technical queries via ticketing system

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams

  • Escalate unresolved issues promptly to next‑level support

  • Maintain proactive, clear follow‑up with customers and exceed their expectations

  • Gather and relay customer feedback to drive product and process improvements

  • Record and close trouble tickets accurately

  • Document common issues, write clear knowledge‑base articles, and update product documentation and FAQs

  • Stay up to date on products, and services

  • Provide technical expertise during pre‑sales discussions

  • Should be able to work according to US Eastern time zones, coordinating with international teams and customers
