Job Responsibilities:

∎ If you have a friendly and outgoing personality and you are keen to learn, this could be the perfect role for you. As part of our Technical Support team, this position will be responsible for providing remote assistance to our international customers.
∎ Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues by providing collaboration between customers and local/international team members.
∎ Provide training and other consultation services to customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ You will be providing technical supports to clients locating in a different timezone ideally 4/5 hours ahead of Bangladesh time. So, you must attend office very early in the morning
∎ Excellent communication skill is mandatory
∎ Must possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
∎ Additional bonus for night-shift work. But night-shift is not compulsory
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Additional bonus available for every night shift work
