Job Context:
∎ A technical support engineer should provide enterprise-level support to customers. An ideal technical support engineer`s resume should address their ability to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve the issues to the clients’ satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the initial point of contact for all general and system-related concerns from clients.
∎ To resolve complex problems, interact with clients through video calls, phone, emails or chats and provide unambiguously written instructions and technical guidelines.
∎ Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to troubleshooting and usage
∎ Provide accurate feedback to customers and prepare accurate reports promptly.
∎ Ensure proper logging of all issues.
∎ Follow up with clients to make sure their workflows are functioning properly after troubleshooting.
∎ Monitor daily performance of technical systems.
∎ Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers, UI/UX designers).
∎ Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
∎ Maintain jovial relationships with clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English at Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
∎ BSc in Computer Science or any other relevant subject.
∎ Working Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap, and Bootstrap Themes.
∎ Good problem-solving with professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.
∎ Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services.
∎ Comfortable working in and assisting others through remote access desktop programs.
∎ Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
∎ Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
∎ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues by questioning customers about the issues they are facing in a detailed fashion so that they understand the nub of the problems.
∎ At least 1-year professional experience in a relevant field.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
