Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your experience should include...
∎ Advanced knowledge of WordPress, including the use of plugins and themes and how to effectively troubleshoot common WordPress errors.
∎ Provide technical support for cloud-based video creation editing apps (ample training and onboarding will be provided)
∎ Ability to utilize SSH and Remote Desktop to navigate and access hosting environments.
∎ Ability to access and manipulate MySQL databases (basic level)
∎ Deep understanding of Internet Technology required, including but not limited to using internet browsers and FTP clients.
∎ An understanding of Content Management Services specifically Wordpress and the ability to navigate and edit.
∎ Working knowledge of Opencart shopping cart system will be an asset.
∎ Working knowledge of softaculous, WHM and WHMCS an asset
∎ Ability to research and investigate issues using multiple systems and to provide support to customers in both the Linux and Windows hosting environments
∎ Ability to connect directly to the modem via Ethernet, and stable internet connectivity and speeds sufficient to support screen share videos for troubleshooting purposes.
∎ Advanced Server Administration Knowledge including provisioning servers, monitoring and analyzing usage trends and troubleshooting any hacking or malicious botnet attacks that occur particularly in regards to Wordpress plugins, themes and vulnerabilities in them (AWS or Google Cloud platforms).
∎ Candidates with a constant thirst for new knowledge and seeking to improve their skills in terms of server administration skills will be fully supported with free educational materials, bonuses, and higher pay.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 85000 (Monthly)
