∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the initial point of contact for all general and system-related concerns from clients.
∎ To resolve complex problems, interact with clients through video calls, phone, emails or chats and provide unambiguously written instructions and technical guidelines.
∎ On board new clients and help them to get started.
∎ Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to troubleshooting and usage
∎ Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved.
∎ Follow standard procedures of the customer’s organizations to resolve issues by escalating them to the relevant internal departments.
∎ Provide accurate feedback to customers and prepare accurate reports promptly.
∎ Ensure proper logging of all issues.
∎ Follow up with clients to make sure their workflows are functioning properly after troubleshooting.
∎ Monitor daily performance of technical systems.
∎ Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
∎ Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
∎ Maintain jovial relationships with clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A solid desire to learn and develop technical skills
∎ Ability to plan tasks and manage time effectively
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Should have people skills to foster effective communication among team members and to motivate them
∎ Ability to understand the strengths and weaknesses of teammates to work with them constructively
∎ Working experience with a project management tool like Slack, Trello will be a bonus

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on experience
