∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Maintaining current hosting environment powered by Linux Operating System.
∎ • Providing support for customer hosting specific issues including debugging customer sites to aid in problem resolution as well as customer initial setup of sites.
∎ • Ensuring servers are kept up to date and free of potential exploits.
∎ • Setup and deployment of new hosting servers.
∎ • Maintaining a highly available environment to minimize interruption to customers.
∎ • Researching competitive product offerings and recommending changes to existing products or new additions.
∎ • Performing DNS transfers and setup on behalf of customers as well as troubleshooting DNS issues.
∎ • Ensuring customer data is protected.
∎ • Monitoring the health of the entire hosting environment.
∎ • Troubleshooting advanced customer networking; connectivity issues; VoIP connectivity and quality of service and customer facing email issues.
∎ • Add new customer in SMS and email portals
∎ • Help customers onboarding onto the system
∎ • Ensure customers are able to integrate SMS and email to their systems
∎ • Maintaining monitoring system to detect faults or resource outages for all systems
∎ • Demonstrated experience with ticket management and prioritize them.
∎ • Strong passion for automation, testing and can-do attitude.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ • Excellent understanding of DNS, SMTP, IMAP, POP,
∎ • Ability to write and debug PHP, HTML, and basic SQL
∎ • Working knowledge of SMTP and MySQL Server
∎ • Ability to maintain and implement a backup/disaster plan within a hosting environment
∎ • Excellent understanding of network technologies in both IPv4 and IPv6, Masking/Non-Masking, DKIM, MX, DMARC Records
