Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build efficient back-end features in Python
∎ Assist in collecting functional requirements, analysis, design and implementation
∎ Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance
∎ Prepare technical documentation
∎ Manage testing and bug fixes
∎ Capability to manage codebase and build processes
∎ Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code
∎ Coach team members (if needed)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Experience with Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI)
∎ Familiarity with Terraform, Keycloak, CI/CD, Docker, 3rd Party APIs integration
∎ Knowledge of JavaScript and the ReactJS framework is a plus
∎ Good knowledge in Git, project management tools (i.e. Jira etc.) and documentation
∎ Understanding database design and queries, REST API
∎ Good knowledge in Server Setup and deployment
∎ Problem-solving skills and Critical thinking
∎ Open to learn new technologies
∎ Ability to accept challenges and work in a team collaboratively
∎ Hands on experience in core Python
∎ Cloud services and system administration
∎ Good to have previous experience working in FinTech
