∎ 5 years’ experience working with a humanitarian/development organization in partnership management, organizational development, awards management and program management and operations.
∎ Proven experience in facilitating Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA), supporting partners in Organizational Capacity Deployment (OCD) plan, monitoring and supporting partners in execution the OCDs.
∎ Competence in financial planning and budget expenditure monitoring
∎ Good understanding of donor compliances particularly GAC, ECW, DFAT, USAID, ECHO, DANIDA etc.
∎ Demonstrated monitoring and evaluation skills with proven capacity to deliver training
∎ Strong representational and organizational skills with ability to adopt
∎ Ability to work calmly under pressure in a rapidly changing context.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel regularly into the field.
∎ Ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
∎ Ability and willingness to dramatically change work practices and hours, and work with incoming surge teams, in the event of any emergencies.
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla, both verbal and written, required.

∎ The Opportunity:
∎ The Technical Specialist-Partnership holds a critical role to support the Partnership function within the Rohingya Response team in Cox’s Bazar and in Country Office. This follows the development of a response-specific Partnership Strategy, a Humanitarian Partner Manual and a Humanitarian Partner Capacity-Strengthening Framework, Localization Strategy – with a vision to grow our partnership portfolio and develop a strong operational platform to help delivering our ambitions for affected children. The role holder will be supporting partnership function immensely in driving the learning agenda, localization strategy in updating of knowledge of local actors, creating ownership amongst the partner in terms of learning and development, administering partnership yearly work plan and partners’ capacity strengthening plan along with monitoring and revising partners’ capacity strengthening plan. Besides, organizing feedback exchange meetings, orientations, and assessment, on job trainings with the partner to build wider relationship and quality program implementation. Technical Specialist-Partnerships will be playing an important role in leading the expanding portfolio of Rohingya response partnership function jointly with Partnerships Manager. The role holder plays pivotal role to administering pre-planned capacity strengthening activities and promoting localization agenda, fulfilling the upcoming organizational priorities and needs moving forward.
