Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Actively reach out to new/existing customers, manage inbound inquiries, and build lasting relationships.

• Technical Consulting: Analyze client needs to recommend suitable CCTV products, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and Video Management Software (VMS).

• System Design & Proposals: Conduct on-site surveys, design, and prepare technical proposals, quotations, and drawings.

• Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate VIGI CCTV or similar product ranges to clients.

• Pre- & Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with technical teams for installation, configuration, and commissioning. Provide technical support during project implementation.

• Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies (AI, cloud), and competitor activity.

• CRM Management: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and opportunities in CRM systems
