∎ Fair Pattern is a growing IT consulting and outsourcing service provider working with renowned companies in the US and Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for an experienced recruiter with Fluent English for the US and Bangladesh market utilizing US and local Job boards, interviewing, and selecting the candidates for our client projects. Below are more details to the job.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have 3-4 years of experience in recruiting
∎ Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
∎ Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
∎ Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
∎ Assessing applicants' Technical knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
∎ Completing paperwork for new hires.
∎ Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
∎ The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Strong experience in technical IT recruiting
∎ Good decision-making skills.
∎ Should be well aware of the different technology stacks that are in demand in IT hiring, eg React, Java, Python, Big data, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Candidates need to be fluent in English with outstanding communication skills
