Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform the lead role in communicating technical development, automation and process reengineering requirements to the client in a language and format that the business will understand and liaise with the technical team to exploit technologies.
∎ Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business processes, goals, and challenges.
∎ Translate complex business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications, including system architecture, data flows, and integration points, considering Enterprise, Cloud or AI technologies.
∎ Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative solutions leveraging Enterprise, Cloud or AI technologies.
∎ Collect, design and develop comprehensive business documents, non-functional and functional requirements documents, use cases, and user stories that effectively communicate system and process enhancements to development teams.
∎ Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for potential projects, recommending the most suitable solutions.
∎ Stay updated with the latest advancements in Enterprise, Cloud, AI and other technologies, and evaluate their potential applicability to our business requirements.
∎ Perform risk assessments and impact analysis of proposed changes and enhancements to existing systems.
∎ Work with technical teams to develop and implement solutions: This includes working with software engineers, data scientists, and other technical professionals to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
∎ Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish: This includes planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure that they meet requirements and stay on schedule and within budget.
∎ Review and guide to preparation of Technical Proposals, BRS, SRS, UAT docs, test cases, and User Manual and Coordinate with Analysts,SE , DevOps and QA Team.
∎ Providing support for assigned projects or products and managing change requests through the Change Management Process by Preparing and Tracking the Traceability Matrix in the Project life-cycle.

∎ Excellent English communication skills C1 level (reading, writing, listening & speaking)
∎ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment, with a focus on Enterprise, Cloud and AI technologies.
∎ Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
∎ Experience working in an Agile development environment, utilizing methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
∎ Proficient in conducting requirements gathering sessions, process modeling, and creating technical documentation.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
∎ Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
∎ Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
∎ Expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, or other UML and Prototyping tools, and Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
∎ PMP or other Project Management certification is required
Salary: Tk. 130000 - 200000 (Monthly)
