Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a talented individual to develop an application in the fintech industry. Large volumes of data will be synthesized to provide meaningful reports and analytics for interested investors of the stock market.
∎ Weekend: Saturday & Sunday
∎ Working Time: 9 am to 6 pm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You'll be responsible for strategizing, building & ensure iterating running for us. You'll be building solutions across design tools, plugin layer, engineering builder, code generation and eventually subscriptions - end to end.
∎ You will be involved in all aspects of the product including strategy and roadmap, product specs, solution & design and development.
∎ Build impactful solutions end to end - including writing specs, running design & engineering sprints, solutioning & testing, launch & iterations (we're looking for a well rounded PM who likes owning things end to end)
∎ Working closely with management, other teams and our community to contribute heavily to our overall strategy and product roadmap
∎ Analyze usage patterns, funnels, cohorts to identify opportunities and problems and iterate effectively
∎ Market sizing, competitor analysis & helping us make better decisions to deliver impact and effective answers to the developer/design community problems
∎ Engage with the community to understand pain points and troubleshoot
Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant professional Certifications would be a plus.
∎ Good in communications with excellent English language ability.
∎ Experience as an Engineer: at least 5 years
∎ Experience as a PM: at least 2-3 years
∎ Strong experience building web & mobile products in PHP/MERN/Flutter/NextJs/NestJs/GraphQL preferably
∎ Strong understanding of web & mobile apps fundamentals and practical experience with different design tools (Figma/Adobe/Sketch) and app development frameworks like React/NodeJs/ Flutter
∎ Should be able to have intelligent engineering discussions with engineers. We have a world class engineering team and just being a Business PM is not enough.
∎ Great attention to detail, passionate about creating great user experiences and interactions
∎ Solid understanding of UI libraries, design systems and design trends
∎ Passionate and knowledgeable about the low-code/ devtools space
∎ Experience in Cloud Technologies (AWS/GCP) on deployment and maintenance
