Educational Requirements:
∎ A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Applied Science/ Mathematics or equivalent degree from any reputed local or foreign university.
∎ Preferable to have MBA, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
project coordination
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for providing leadership as well as managing a software project
∎ Involve in project planning, risk assessment, estimating the cost, monitoring, and controlling.
∎ Defining work packages and assign proper resources to the work package.
∎ Maintaining the quality of project tasks.
∎ Report tasks-schedule status to Program Manager and related Manager from Customer and/or CEO or CTO
∎ Managing risks and solution needs for projects.
∎ Allocating tasks, follow-ups, and tracking progress, verifying tasks and quality
∎ Client interactions, preparing meeting minutes, regular communication with stakeholders of the projects.
∎ Arrange for technical support if needed for anyone in the team, from either within the team or by coordinating with other managers.
∎ Maintain the defined process for the project.
∎ Understanding of software architecture and best practices.
∎ Understanding of the latest technology and tools.
∎ A good understanding of coding and naming conventions, configuration, customer requirement management, and business specification
∎ Client interaction along with client management for project purpose.
∎ Responsible for performance evaluation of project members
∎ Involve in resource planning for the organization.
∎ Contribute to quality process improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to prepare the project plan using tools like MS project, Visio or similar.
∎ Have a wide range of soft skills of being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good- natured, cooperative attitude.
∎ Capable enough to understand the detail and thorough in completing the tasks.
∎ Very good in writing technical documents and communicating the ideas and thoughts
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Good presentation skills.
