Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility for understanding a Custome’s brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces.
∎ Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers’ business problems/goals.
∎ Develops an understanding of the end-users of the website/application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data).
∎ Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios
∎ Prepares low fidelity prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to
∎ wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brainstorming.
∎ Capable of gauging the technical feasibility of the prototype.
∎ Presents high fidelity designs/mock-ups to the customer for review/iteration/approval.
∎ Capable of working directly with customers in an iterative/agile manner to dramatically
∎ improve the prototypes in a short time
∎ Able to explain his/her design philosophy verbally and in writing.
∎ Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
∎ Expands or modify the existing system to serve the new purpose or to support the improved workflow.
∎ Responsible to verify the development with the need of customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Design Tools: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks, Figma, Adobe XD.
∎ Front end Technologies: In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, and at least some Javascript.
∎ Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.
∎ Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of juggling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.
∎ Ability to work on different Mocking / Wireframing tools like Balsamic, Justinmind
∎ Very good at documenting the solution flow using UML or RUP.
∎ Very good at identifying the implicit requirements of a product.
∎ A very good at writing the technical document and expressing ideas for improvement.
∎ Able to give attention to the detail of a requirement and careful enough to identify the extensive testing methodology.
∎ Ability to maintain different web-based project management tools like JIRA, Smart Sheet, and Confluence, etc.
∎ Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography.
∎ Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android, and Windows Phone7, Metro Design.
∎ Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries.
∎ Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
∎ Formal education in interaction design (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma) is a definite plus.
∎ Experience in the full life cycle of software development using a structured methodology such as Agile, CMMi, etc.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Good presentation skills.
