∎ Prospective technical resources must have at least one of the mentioned technology (JAVA/ PHP /.NET /Python) expertise as described as follows.
∎ Technical Project Manager (JAVA/ PHP /.NET /Python)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coach and mentor project team members.
∎ Technical and Logical assistance and guidance to the team members.
∎ Develop various application based projects using different advanced frameworks of mentioned corresponding technology.
∎ Manage & maintain software engineering best practices through the team like SOLID, Design Patterns, Unit Tests, CI/CD, Clean Code, Refactoring, Code Review, etc.
∎ Develop resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans and project approval matrix.
∎ Possess strong technical and analytical skills in executing projects as well as appraising proposals for technical solutions.
∎ Define, recommend and secure contractual agreements for technical services and products.
∎ Coordinate requirements, schedule implementation and post-implement plans, and develop service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms.
∎ Define quality gates for each project methodology phase.
∎ Define critical success factors.
∎ Establish and manage the project warranty period.
∎ Act as subject matter expert for project and program management related tools and processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 2 years experience as Technical Projects Manager and total 6 years experience in the software IT field.
∎ PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Vue.js, React, MySQL, Javascript, Wordpress, git, etc. )
∎ JAVA (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, JPA / Hibernate, Microservice, Oracle PL/SQL)
∎ .NET (C#, .NET CORE, MVC, Web API, WCF, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, SQL Server)
∎ Python (Django, Flask, Pandas, SciKit-Learn, CherryPy framework)
∎ Advanced knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, Microservice Architecture, AWS, Full Stack development, SDLC, git, docker, CI/CD, REST API, GraphQL and SOAP Web Service.
∎ Candidate must have one or multiple advanced technical knowledge in these areas (Java/ PHP/ .Net/ Python) please don't apply if not match this
