Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ BBA
∎ Fresh Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Weekly sprint planning and collect overall updated project requirement, set prioritize tasks with CTO and team leaders
∎ Understand project requirements, analysis requirements, breakdown requirements into project tasks and add a task in project management tools like ClickUp
∎ Host Daily standup meeting, assign a task to the team member, set start date, due date, estimated time, monitor tasks from ClickUp, follow up and close the tasks with proper time tracked if time logged missed then charge team why time missed logged.
∎ Always keep an eye on Project management tools (ClickUp), check progress tasks, overdue tasks, follow up, and end of the day close the tasks.
∎ Regular communication with all stakeholders.
∎ Finding skill gaps and assign training as a secondary task while the team has available bandwidth.
∎ Write Project Documentation with standard CMMI Maturity Level 3
∎ Write PM reports regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basis knowledge in project management and tools like ClickUp and Slack
∎ Basic Knowledge in WordPress, Elementor, Figma, and any kind of programming language
∎ Must be very organized, methodical, and be able to multi-task
∎ Great interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
∎ Good command of English (both written and spoken)
∎ Academic level writing and research skills
∎ High computer literacy (MS Office)
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures
∎ Detail-oriented and proactive
∎ Global outlook and multicultural skills
∎ Team spirit
