Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forge robust relationships with customer technical and quality teams, acting as the key liaison for all quality-related matters.
∎ Effectively communicate product quality standards and technical innovations to customers, ensuring seamless implementation to enhance business outcomes.
∎ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align product quality and technical advancements with market demands.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product fulfillment and exceed customer expectations.
∎ Responsible of providing the technical support for the sales team process.
∎ Conduct Research and provide dynamic details to R&I team to enhance its innovations.
∎ Develop quality control processes to ensure the right products are delivered to the clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in a technical or quality-oriented role in Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse customer teams and internal stakeholders.
∎ Experience in working in foreign counties handling and Establishing Brands will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on problem-solving and innovative thinking.
∎ Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to evolving market trends.
∎ Practicing Obeya concept and managing Pnl, Cash flows.
∎ Sound Background & Experience in Marketing layouts and concepts.
∎ Fluency in English writing, Speaking and Presenting is essential.
∎ Minimum of 10 years' experience in Managerial positions.
∎ Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in Higher Management roll in Manufacturing and Distribution.
∎ Minimum of 6 -7 years' experience in B2B Technical product Management.
∎ Kaizen Mindset & Lean Management Skills.
∎ Experience in Trading business and Handling Raw Materials.
Salary:
∎ Salary: 2,300 USD & negotiable.
