∎ B.Sc from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training the technical team and assisting them in improving the routine operations of the department.
∎ Evaluate fit/ size set sample, quality sample, PP production sample etc. based on customer standard.
∎ Coordinate with Cutting, Sewing and finishing department for continuous flow.
∎ Provide necessary assistance in Pattern making, fitting and garments construction sample development.
∎ Review production and quality issues: problem solve and make recommendations that help maintain brand integrity
∎ Daily correspondence with Technical, production team, cutting team, IE, Planning, Store, CAD, Sample, Mechanical & relevant department.
∎ Ensuring Buyer COC, Standard, & compliance requirement (health and safety regulations, environmental regulations, and quality control standards).
∎ Follow up inline technical process while maintaining the standard.
∎ Developing and implementing new technologies to improve the production efficiency.
∎ Prepare departmental Goal, SOP & KPI.
