∎ HSC / Graduation from any reputed institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of sewing line layout as per the IE bulletin.
∎ Have to capable to handle full technical department of factory.
∎ Effectively interact with the Quality, Development, and Production teams to maintain product quality and ensure that targets are achieved.
∎ Capable of handling buying representatives during their visits.
∎ Have to have adequate knowledge in the RGM sector of technical activity.
∎ Need to ensure garment manufacture with good quality.
∎ Have to clear knowledge on technical issues of garments.
∎ Need to capable to work in any situation entire the factory.
∎ Have to have proper knowledge of patterns and machinery.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
∎ Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and making a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Attend the PP meeting and set action plan for critical operations with a proper solution.
∎ To maintain all discipline and compliance issues.
∎ Have to good personalities with personnel motivated.
