Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the technical team in the production of woven garments, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
∎ Develop and implement technical guidelines and processes to optimize garment manufacturing.
∎ Oversee the creation and approval of technical specifications, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
∎ Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless workflow and product excellence.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the production process.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovations to continuously enhance production techniques.
∎ Train and mentor technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
∎ Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
