Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems to ensure product quality and consistency.

  • Lead the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.

  • Establish quality standards and specifications for all products and processes.

  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify potential issues.

  • Collaborate with the production, design, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns and implement preventative measures.

  • Manage customer complaints and returns, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality management, ensuring continuous improvement in our processes.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality requirements.

  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Co-own the design and implementation of training programs including evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous learning and improvement.
