∎ Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and production.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and PLM tools.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the technical and merchandising aspects of apparel production from development to delivery.
∎ Ensure product feasibility and cost optimization during sampling and production.
∎ Coordinate closely with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain timelines and quality standards.
∎ Review tech packs/spec sheets and ensure proper execution in sampling and bulk production.
∎ Lead the technical team in product development, fitting, pattern correction, and production troubleshooting.
∎ Maintain strong communication with clients for approvals, updates, and queries.
∎ Monitor the production process for compliance with buyer requirements and quality benchmarks.
∎ Work with QA/QC teams to ensure smooth pre-production and inline inspections.
∎ Assist in capacity planning and factory allocation based on product category and complexity.
