Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis the production technical issue & provide technical support and quality-related issues.
∎ Handle style pre-production processes from final sample approval.
∎ Cross checking line layout & operation breakdown before line start with IE and production team for required technical operation allocation.
∎ Lead pre-production meeting with Sample approval comments.
∎ Address all risk operations and areas on PP meeting for required preparations.
∎ Guide line feeding with correct method using allocated line feeders.
∎ Develop and trained technical associates and factories to align with the technical requirements of the brand
∎ Risk assessment for development samples
∎ Evaluate the sampling for the production, Identify any difficulties that may arise during the per-production and estimate the efficiency of production
∎ Analysis all high risk and assessment, High light during PP Meeting
∎ Screen styles and main materials for anticipated manufacturing problems and communicate with Merchandising Team and supplier.
∎ Review critical styles and problems with QA manager during weekly meeting
∎ Review all worksheets / trim sheets / sample comments / approved fabric and art works
