Garment Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Risk Assessment Meeting with concerned Factory teams in presence of IE, Quality, Laundry & Merchandisers
∎ Follow up with concerned Merchandiser on Sample / GSS / Spec Approval / FPT.
∎ Follow up with Fabric Quality team on Fabric Inspection / Fabric Shrinkage / Grouping of Fabric Rolls - Shade and Shrinkage wise.
∎ Ensure & Follow Up that Size set is made/ washed as per finalized pattern shrinkage and roll /pattern grouping.
∎ Measure Size set and give closure for shrinkage for bulk. Based on his approval, CAD will issue bulk patterns for Pilot Cutting
∎ Ensure Pilot is cut from different shade and shrinkage roll to achieve accurate shrinkage and shade lots for approval from brand.
∎ Ensure based on Pilot measurement, give go ahead for bulk cutting by finalizing the shrinkage across different grouping of patterns.
∎ Ensure & Follow Up Pilot Approval from Brand / DA. Based on comments, amendments also done on bulk pattern, if needed.
∎ Follow with IE and mechanics for OB, Machines & attachment availability - Any deviations / anticipated delays to be escalated
∎ Follow up with pattern team to obtain the bulk graded patterns with shrinkage added and sewing templates based on number of sewing lines.
∎ Follow up a large team and capable to deals all buyers technical requirements.

∎ Must be honest, Dedicated, Strong Leadership and must have capability to lead a group/Team.
