Job Context:
∎ Reporting To - Business Manager-Distributor Markets
∎ Location - Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing high standard of veterinary services to Key accounts including product trials, monitoring program settings, training of staff, troubleshooting and management of relationship with Key Opinion Leaders
∎ Support hatchery vaccination and services and assist in quality certification
∎ Fieldwork for continuous monitoring of the products
∎ Coordinate with regional team members for disease awareness, trials, product launch etc.
∎ Work closely with Key Account and services team to follow up the SAM/KAM process
∎ Train the customer support team of the distributor partners.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years in Poultry Technical (Breeder / Layer / Diagnostic lab/Animal health) position, preferably in MNC or in top integrators.
∎ Candidate expectations:
∎ Should be well-versed in important poultry disease diagnosis. Ideal candidate should have relevant field experience.
∎ Should have the ability to implement the key veterinary services projects (awareness- monitoring -troubleshooting)
∎ Good interpersonal skills and group communication skills are required
∎ Ability to work with distributor partners with a collaborative spirit
∎ Ability to support the resolution of complex situations and the construction of an action plan
∎ A good command of English is essential
