Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and manage resources of CMD and Sample Room in an efficient and effective way
∎ Innovate, update and implement procedures for sample and CMD
∎ Assess material consumption for mass production and control the actual fabric consumption
∎ Ensure smooth operations of sample and CMD process
∎ Provide technical advice to CMD or Sample Room
∎ Ensuring sample cost, marker cost, YY consumption
∎ Provide technical support for new sample styles
∎ Conduct assessment of shapes and measurement of pattern construction & sign off size specification of sample for production
∎ Ensure full implementation of operational or quality procedure in CMD & sample room
∎ Marker making and prepare cutting plan in CMD for bulk production
∎ Ensuring cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection
∎ On time sample making
∎ Control CAD system and plotter to print out marker
∎ Using the best method to control and utilize the fabric consumption in the marker against the standard consumption given.
∎ Ensuring the process of marker and on time delivery of marker according to the production needs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English
∎ Team Player
Salary: Negotiable
