∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Active involvement in pre-production meeting and ensure that important points are discussed at meeting, take note and maintain accordingly.
∎ Ensure size sets are prepare as per guideline.
∎ Show the processes to the concerned during layout.
∎ Prepare the mock-up for better understanding the processes.
∎ Make sure the layout is complete as per plan and agreed deadline.
∎ Ensure production fitting and appropriate measurement.
∎ Give guideline and instruction to prepare the folders, templates and patterns, etc.
∎ Supervise effective and efficient process of construction without seam (CWS).
∎ Work alongside PM to increase the targeted efficiency of individual, lines and floor as well.
∎ Closely work with QC, GPQ, Quality, Production and HR Team.
∎ Generate daily, weekly and monthly technical report.
