Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily operation breakdown with line layout
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine and materials
∎ Prepare style wise operation bulletin
∎ Ensure pre-production meeting and relevant activities
∎ Prepare daily and monthly production report and efficiency report
∎ Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to meet shipment deadline
∎ Calculate loss time against low production and clarify standard operational breakdown
∎ Monitor and ensure hourly production target as per plan
∎ Analyze individual operator's skill level and train up the low performer operators
∎ Provide training to the operators for preparing as multi skilled
∎ Provide training to the helpers and promote them as operators
∎ Reduce seven-point wastage, in line WIP and unwanted sewing operators
∎ CPM, CM, line cost, efficiency, target calculations as per requirement
∎ Analyze garments for reducing process and SMV
∎ Work on seven QC tools to minimize defects
∎ Implement lean manufacturing tools and six sigma
∎ Make skill matrix for operator, helpers & supervisor and update it regular basis
∎ Arrange meeting with floor team for next style analysis and planning
∎ Assist HR for hiring operators and helpers
∎ Coordinate with cutting, production, store, planning and production team for smooth productivity
Additional Requirements:
