Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage business development of men's, women's, boys and girls products.
∎ Set up a new team and Leading them to ensure dedicated product and business development.
∎ Build responsible and innovative Sustainable/regular collections for global fashion markets, focusing on existing clients' insights and brand values.
∎ Target new clients, wooing them with current trends and influences, and presenting them with our in-house collection.
∎ Ensure sustainable and regular range planning, sourcing, and product development.
∎ Constantly innovating and sourcing better raw materials and processes for creating the most desirable and sustainable garments for the client base.
∎ Identify and analyzing new trends and proposing new product ranges.
∎ Ensure the growth of business and competitiveness with proper sourcing.
∎ Source fabrics and trims at a competitive price at the beginning of the season and regular communications with suppliers.
∎ Conceptualize trends, Designing and developing products.
∎ Provide solutions to achieve designing aesthetic consider technical issues for development.
∎ Maintain customer & suppliers relationship.
∎ Oversee and guiding development / production merchandisers in their work area.
∎ Oversee the smooth running of the Critical Path.
∎ Participate/visit in fabric, accessories and fashion trade shows to explore new collection/ trend / new supplier base.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of online and offline design work
∎ Knowledge about Computer-aided Design (CAD), Measurements, Pattern making
∎ Knowledge of Market trend
∎ Knowledge of fabric & yarn
∎ Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or any other graphics software
∎ Leadership Quality
